Harby exists because the gap between 'AI can do this' and 'this is actually being done, every morning, without me asking' turned out to be an entire product.
The pattern was always the same. A team tries an AI assistant, gets a genuinely great answer, and then — nothing. The next morning nobody prompts it, so nothing happens. The model was smart; the employment arrangement was missing. No job description, no schedule, no tools it was trusted with, no place its work landed.
So we built the arrangement. In Harby, an agent is hired into a space the way a person joins a team: it gets a job, its own computer, exactly the connections the job needs, and a routine. It does the work on schedule, files the results where the team looks, and asks before doing anything it hasn't earned trust for.
The unit of progress isn't a smarter model. It's a job reliably done.
We run our own company on it — the inbox digests, the Monday numbers, and the triage of the support address you'll email if this page didn't answer something. When an agent pattern survives a few months of our own operations, it graduates into the marketplace.
