Cookie Policy

Short version: we use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. No advertising trackers, no cross-site anything.

01What cookies we set

  • Authentication (essential) — keeps your session signed in and secure. Without these the product simply doesn't work, so they can't be switched off.
  • Preferences (functional) — remembers choices like theme (light/dark) and interface settings. Stored locally; some via localStorage rather than cookies.
  • Security — short-lived tokens that protect sign-in flows against forgery.

We do not set advertising, analytics-broker, or cross-site tracking cookies.

02Third-party cookies

Our authentication provider sets cookies as part of hosted sign-in, and our payment processor may set cookies on billing pages. Both are limited to providing those functions.

03Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will sign you out and prevent sign-in. Because we don't use tracking cookies, there's no separate consent banner to manage — there's nothing optional to consent to.

04Changes & contact

If our cookie usage changes materially (for example, if we ever add product analytics), we'll update this page first. Questions: privacy@harby.app.
