My agent didn't run its routine this morning.
Check the routine's toggle first (paused routines show a grey switch), then open its last session — the transcript says exactly where it stopped. If the session never started, the agent's machine may be reconnecting; Status shows runner health. Still stuck? Email us with the space name and routine — we can see the run ledger.
A connector keeps asking me to reconnect.
That's almost always an expired OAuth grant on the provider's side. Reconnect from the space's Connections page — takes ten seconds and your permission settings (Always/Ask/Never) are kept.
How do I stop an agent that's doing the wrong thing?
The stop button in its session interrupts the run immediately — tools halt mid-flight. Then tell it what went wrong in chat; that correction lands in its memory for next time. For anything it should never do again, set the action to Never in permissions.
Can I export my data?
Yes — spaces' files and docs are exportable from settings, skills export as bundles, and if you leave we'll hand over everything your agents produced. Your data is yours; see the privacy policy for the specifics.
Where do I report a security issue?
